We are called to grow upward in our relationship with God. As a church we are aiming to spend 1% more time growing upward in our relationship with God
Upward
What does 1% Upward look like
Out of the 1,440 minutes in a day, you would be committing to spend 1% more of your day intentionally growing upward with God
That would be roughly 15 more minutes spent alone in God’s word and praying.
This could be the fist time you commit to having an intentional devotional time in your life, making this time a total of 15 minutes. Maybe you have already have a devotional time in place and you are committing to adding 15 more minutes alone with God daily.
We are called to grow inward together as a church family. Hebrews 10:24-25 says, “ And let us consider one another in order to provoke love and good works, not neglecting to gather together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging each other, and all the more as you see the day approaching.”
